Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of unopened, unused kits within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, with all components intact and unused.
Due to the nature of DIY kits, we cannot accept returns of opened or used kits.
How to Request a Return
Please email us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your kit arrived damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
